The program will be conducted in Cantonese, with key terms supported in English. Teaching materials will be provided in English.

Practical lab sessions (discussion and practice) will be conducted in Cantonese.

Practical Labs are where learning becomes ability. You will coach, be coached, and observe coaching in a supportive environment, with structured practice activities and feedback. These sessions are designed to help you develop fluency with core coaching skills, strengthen your presence, and gain confidence session by session—so you’re prepared to coach real clients professionally.
12 two-hour coaching practice sessions, supervised by ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Mentor Coaching & Assessments
Complete 16 hours of assessment and mentor coaching support — 10 of these hours fulfil the Mentor Coaching requirement for your ACC application.

1,000-word research paper on professional coaching topic
Peer-to-peer Practicum
30-minute coaching recording (with transcript) at ICF ACC Level

Mentor Coaching provides expert guidance to help you refine your coaching craft and accelerate your professional growth through targeted feedback and competency-based development. It is also a key step in your credentialing journey: before submitting your ACC application, you’ll need to complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months with a qualified mentor coach.
